Postpartum Bodywork - 90 Minutes

This specialized treatment is designed to enhance uterine function, support healing for diastasis recti, and minimize excess scar tissue. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client, incorporating Arvigo Abdominal + Womb Therapy to promote womb wellness. Lauren will assess pelvic alignment, facilitate emotional healing, and help new mothers reconnect with their center through deep relaxation. Experience a nurturing approach that prioritizes your well-being and recovery.

In home Postpartum session.

This session is an invitation for the mother to rest and receive, Lauren is trained in postpartum care and cross cultural traditions for new moms. Her hands on work is prioritizing healing and realignment after birth. In these sessions you can expect deep and profound meaning to ritualized practices during the postpartum time. Including: massage, vaginal steaming closing of the bones, castor oil packs, and simply being held in your bliss.

Prenatal Massage

Each prenatal session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, meeting you and your baby exactly where you are. An array of supportive modalities may be woven in, depending on what your body and spirit are calling for in the moment. You’ll be comfortably positioned face down in our specialized pregnancy pillow or side-lying with full support, depending on what feels best for your body that day. ​
